Originalmente unas casas payesas del siglo dieciocho, Sa Gruta Nova sigue con la tradición de una buena cocina selecta, casera y creativa.
El complejo está bien definido con los dos restaurantes, cada uno con su propio estilo.
··Ca's Pastor. Ubicado en la antigua casa, con un gran patio Mallorquín rodeado de jardín árboles centenarios donde reina la paz y tranquilidad.
··Es Sestadors. Antaño reposo de los rebaños, es la sala manga de Sa Gruta Nova, atractiva y especialmente preparada para los grandes acontecimientos de bodas, bautizos, comuniones, fiestas de negocios, o cualquier otro tipo de evento y celebraciones.
Originally some country houses of the 18th century, Sa Gruta Nova follows with the tradition of a good select, homemade and creative kitchen.
The complex is two well-defined restaurants, each one with its own style.
··Ca's Pastor. Located in the old house, with a great Mallorcan patio surrounded by a garden and ancient trees where it reigns in peace and tranquillity.
··Es Sestadors. Long ago the barn and animal out-houses, this is the annex of Sa Nova Grotto, attractive and specially prepared for the great events of weddings, baptisms, communions, celebrations of businesses, or any other type of event and celebrations.
Ursprünglich ein bäuerliches Anwesen (der Schafhaltung zugeeignet) aus dem 18 Jhdt., bemüht sich Sa Gruta Nova um eine gute bodenständige Küche.
Das Anwesen ist aufgeteilt im zwei Restaurants. Jedes hat seinen eigenen Stil.
··Ca's Pastor ist im alten Schäferhaus untergebraucht. Der grosse Patio mit altem Baumbestand strahit erholsame Ruhe aus.
··Es Sestadors (die ehemaligen Schafschurställe) beherbergen heute den grossen Speisesaal von Sa Gruta Nova, speziell geeignet für grosse Festlichkeiten.
