First we found an old fisherman’s cottage, sitting at the very edge of the Mediterranean and located in one of the most picturesque village harbours of the island, then completely reform and refurbish the cottage, still keeping all its old traditional features into one of the trendiest chill out venues on the island and you have

Located in the old cottage is an indoor air-conditioned dining room and the kitchen, to the rear are four rising terraces set out with comfortable seating for dining or drinking, each terrace area is small so they are ideal for small groups to hold a private get together to drink or dine and chill out.

To the front of Varadero is the sea and harbour, here teak furniture is set out right up to the waters edge, large umbrella’s to keep the sun at bay and in the evening atmosperic lighting provides a backdrop over the sea. With the sea lapping up to the tables and chairs it is an ideal spot to dine or drink, meals, snacks, cocktails and Ice-creams are available as you sit and chill out overlooking the pretty harbour, the only traffic is perhaps a traditional Llaud ( traditional small Balearic boats) plying out or returning from the sea.

Varadero serves a fusion of Mediterranean and Italian foods, all freshly prepared using the finest, freshest of ingredients, there is also a full range of delicious homemade Pizzas created by Italian chefs in the kitchen
