CLIENTS ARE MAINLY BRITISH BUT WE ALSO CATER FOR THE FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN AND DUTCH TOURISTS AS WELL AS THE MANY LOCAL SPANISH AND RESIDENTS THAT HAVE BEEN REGULAR CLIENTS FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WE HAVE SPENT THE PAST 5 YEARS BUILDING A GOOD REPUTATION AND CLIENT BASE. WE ARE ALSO ATTRACTING MORE AND MORE EX-PATS WHO LIVE IN THE LOCAL AREAS SUCH AS CALONGE, CALA FERRARA AND CALA D’OR AND FEEL THERE IS GOOD SCOPE TO OPEN FOR A FEW DAYS EACH WEEK IN THE WINTER AS MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE MAKING THE MOVE TO MALLORCA FOR GOOD.

A DELIVERY SERVICE WOULD ALSO PROVE VERY POPULAR AND IS SOMETHING WE ARE CONSTANTLY ASKED FOR.

THIS BUSY LITTLE BUSINESS WOULD SUIT A COUPLE OR SMALL FAMILY WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE IN THE CATERING INDUSTRY AS TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED. THE SHOP WOULD ALSO BE AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MANAGERIAL ROLE.

CURRENTLY THE BUSINESS IS OPEN EVENINGS ONLY FROM 6PM – 1.30AM WITH TWO STAFF, BUT THESE HOURS CAN BE EXTENDED TO CATER FOR THE LUNCHTIME/PASSING BEACH TRADE OR EVEN THE LATER TRADE UP TO 4AM.

PERSONALLY WE HAVE NOT FOUND IT NECESSARY TO ALTER THESE HOURS, AS WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE TAKINGS. WE ALSO LIKE TO ENJOY VISITING THE BEACHES/SHOPS DURING THE DAY, AS THIS WAS THE MAIN REASON WE CAME OUT.

THE SHOP RUNS LIKE CLOCKWORK AND IS SET UP READY TO TAKE OVER.

ALL FIXTURES, FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT ARE OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD. THE SHOP WAS RECENTLY DECORATED AND IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND TIDY. EVERY YEAR WE HAVE INVESTED MONEY BACK IN TO THE BUSINESS AND HAVE NOT CUT CORNERS.

NO COMPETION IN CALA EGOS OR CALA D’OR OR CALA FERRARA.

TAKINGS CAN BE OVER 1000 EUROS PER NIGHT IN THE HEIGHT OF THE SEASON. SHOP WILL MORE THAN SUPPORT WORKING FOR 7 MONTHS AND TAKING 5 MONTHS HOLIDAY. TAKINGS ARE STEADILY INCREASING EVERY YEAR AS CALA EGOS BECOMES MORE DEVELOPED WITH NEW APARTMENTS/VILLAS AND FACILITES BEING BUILT EVERY YEAR AND CUSTOMERS KEEP RETURNING YEAR AFTER YEAR.
