all the culinary traditions that have arrived here by the waters of our sea.

Through the years, the navigators of different races and religions have interchanged raw materials and customs, creating a cultural gastronomy now called the "MEDITERRANEAN DIET", it is very varied and is based on:-

OLIVE OIL, FLOUR, WINE,
PLUS THE PRODUCE OF THE ORCHARD, THE SEA AND OF THE COUNTRYSIDE.

All this is combined at "Sa Plaça” and it is now time for us, to extend our menu towards new frontiers based around our specialty “BACALAO”
which is without doubt truely Mediterranean.
